Design & Development

In the Design & Development division, you as a customer not only have a first-class design and development department at your disposal. Technical modifications of different types of aircraft, vintage aircraft and reconstructions are also part of our special skills. We create complex CAD designs and 3D models as well as the associated individual part drawings, assembly drawings and parts lists. We use our modern 3D scanner as an aid, which also enables reverse engineering.

We are passionate about the development and testing of individual assemblies and systems or the entire airframe. This also includes the necessary tests/experiments to verify series production capability.

No matter how unusual your wishes may seem, we look forward to implementing them using state-of-the-art technology and our high-performance machinery. Whether current aviation requirements or individual ideas - we dedicate ourselves to every task with care, expertise and finesse. We design, develop and produce jigs and tools, carry out analyses and simulations and construct complete prototypes on request.

The entire process chain takes place in-house. With us, you get everything from a single source - creative and flexible, but always completely in line with your ideas. We work closely with our engineering office for the static and dynamic verification of the modifications. Of course, we also take care of all coordination with the aviation authorities so that the new aircraft can be approved smoothly.
