Northrop F-5 Tiger: Ready for commitment
Our Swiss team is supporting RUAG AG in the US Navy's "ARTEMIS" project. The aim of this project is to adapt the safety and capabilities of the 22 Northrop F-5 Tigers in line with the US Navy's requirements. This will enable them to be used as tactical high-speed jets for training purposes.
In this project, our team is responsible for both the dismantling and the structural repair of the 22 F-5 Tigers. After completion of the conversions, the modified F-5 Tigers will be used by the US Navy as sparring partners in training.
